Your referral enters your code at booking. Their restoration has to be completed and paid to count toward your 3.

At 3 completed referrals, credit for a complimentary qualifying service is added to your account — no approval, no chasing us down.

Program terms- Referrals count only after the referred client's service is completed and paid in full.
- Your reward is one complimentary qualifying restoration, matched to the divisions and services set by Flo Restorations.
- Mobile travel fees still apply to complimentary services.
- The reward covers one eligible standard restoration — Standard Detail Restoration, Standard Sneaker Restoration, Chair Restoration or Small Room Carpet Restoration. It does not apply to luxury or prestige tiers, ceramic protection, paint correction or specialty services; you can still use it toward an eligible standard service and pay the difference for an upgrade.
- Referral rewards hold no cash value and cannot be combined with promotional codes.
- One reward per set of 3 completed referrals, and each reward can be used once.
- Self-referrals, repeat referrals of the same person, and duplicate accounts do not qualify.
