This division covers carpet cleaning, professional carpet cleaning and carpet restoration for residential spaces — the deep-clean work people search for when carpets look tired, hold odor or have taken years of traffic. We use advanced shampooing and heated-water extraction to lift embedded dirt, dust and buildup and refresh the carpet's appearance. Pricing is organized by space: carpeted stairs, small rooms up to 150 sq. ft., medium rooms of 150–300 sq. ft., large areas of 300–500 sq. ft., and oversized spaces over 500 sq. ft. Carpet Restoration is a mobile-only service, dispatched across Montgomery County and Prince George's County, Washington, D.C. and nearby Northern Virginia — including Gaithersburg, Rockville, Bethesda, Silver Spring, Bowie, Upper Marlboro, College Park, Greenbelt, Laurel, Crofton and Annapolis.
Mobile only — we bring the equipment to your home or space anywhere in our DMV service area. There is no drop-off option for carpet work.

How is carpet pricing determined?
By space type and size. Carpeted stairs are $75 per staircase, small rooms up to 150 sq. ft. are $150, medium rooms of 150–300 sq. ft. are $200, large areas of 300–500 sq. ft. are $300, and oversized spaces over 500 sq. ft. are $400. These are service prices; one mobile travel fee is added per appointment based on your location. Select the option that most accurately matches your space; if it doesn't match on arrival, pricing may be adjusted.
Can I book more than one room?
Yes. Choose the room size and set the quantity during booking and the total calculates automatically — two small rooms is $300, two staircases is $150, and so on — with one mobile travel fee for the visit, not one per room.
What does the process involve?
Professional shampooing followed by heated-water extraction, with each area treated according to its size and condition. Results vary with carpet age, wear, staining and previous treatment, but the goal is always to restore the carpet to its best possible condition.
Do you travel outside Maryland?
Yes. We dispatch across the DMV, including Washington, D.C. and nearby Northern Virginia. Travel is calculated from your address during booking, and longer trips may need approval before confirmation.
