Upholstery means fabric-covered furniture — chairs, sofas and sectionals — and this division covers the work people search for as upholstery cleaning, sofa cleaning, furniture cleaning and furniture restoration. Each piece is deep-cleaned with professional shampoo treatment and heated-water extraction that lifts embedded dirt, treats stains and removes buildup across seating surfaces, crevices, corners, cushions and any originally included pillows. Chair Restoration is $150, Standard Sofa Restoration is $300, and Sectional Sofa Restoration — L-shaped, U-shaped and larger configurations — is $400. We serve homes across Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia, including Gaithersburg, Rockville, Bethesda, Potomac, Silver Spring, Bowie, Upper Marlboro, College Park, Greenbelt, Laurel, Crofton and Annapolis.

Yes. Cushions and any pillows originally included with the piece are cleaned as part of the restoration, along with seating surfaces, crevices and corners.
Pricing is per individual item: $150 per chair, $300 per standard sofa, $400 per sectional. Select the furniture type and quantity during booking and the total calculates automatically.
Roughly one hour for a chair, two hours for a standard sofa, and three hours for a sectional. Fabric needs time to dry afterward, so we'll let you know what to expect before we leave.
